TRANSFER REQUESTS
4.11.2/1 Transfer Requests
Transfer Requests can be made by individuals who are currently working in another Law Enforcement Agency in San Andreas, and would like to transfer the job from their current Agency to the Department. We currently only accept transfer requests from the San Andreas Sheriff's Department and Department of Homeland Security.
4.11.2/2 Transfer Request Requirements
• Employees of the Sheriff's Department that submit a Transfer Request will be the responsibility of Command and High Command.
• Employees of the Sheriff's Department may only submit a Transfer Request if they are currently employed by the Sheriff's Department themselves and possess the rank of at least SERGEANT or above. This means that if you resigned, were discharged dishonourably or are no longer a member of the Sheriff's Department your Transfer Request will automatically be declined.
• Ex-Police Officers who wish to return to the Police Department must wait until they achieve the required rank of SERGEANT or above or they cannot transfer back.
• Employees of the Sheriff's Department that submit a Transfer Request will usually be given a rank one-two ranks lower than their rank held within the Sheriff's Department when the Transfer Request is made, unless deemed otherwise by Command and High Command.
• Ex-Police Officers who 'reinstate' the Sheriff's Department after resigning from the Police Department cannot reinstate back to the Police Department, they must transfer with their current Sheriff's Department rank.
• Ex-Police Officers may NOT transfer OR reinstate back to the Police Department if they are no longer a member of the agency they originally transfered to. (i.e. you cannot transfer to SD, be discharged, then reinstate/transfer to PD).
• Ex-Police Officers may transfer back to the Los Santos Police Department from another agency, but must first wait 21 days from when they first transfered before placing their second/return transfer request.
• (( A microphone is a mandatory requirement, this means if you do not have one you cannot make a transfer request. ))
• (( Talking negatively of the Sheriff's Department whilst you are attempting to transfer will result in an automatic denial of your request. ))
• (( Faction hopping (the act of transferring back and forth between the PD and SD) or repeated resignations from the Police Department, reinstating, leaving again, and so on will be dealt with on a case by case basis. ))
(( The same rules apply to DHS))
